Shipping Policy

Processing Times: We know you're excited to receive your new art! Standard Orders: Physical prints and original pieces are typically processed and packaged within 3–5 business days.

 

Custom Commissions: Please allow 2-6 weeks, times vary by size and intricacy of project (estimated times will be communicated directly with customer) for the creation and drying/curing of custom work before it is ready for shipment.

 

Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic: We offer standard shipping via UPS.

 

International: We can ship worldwide! Please note that international shipments may take 2–4 weeks to arrive and may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

 

Local Drop-off: If you are local to Gardner, Massachusetts, you can skip the shipping fees by selecting Local Dropoff at checkout, I am happy to deliver the order myself and I will contact you to discuss drop-off arrangements.

 

Packaging: To ensure your art arrives in pristine condition: Prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers or heavy-duty mailing tubes. Original Canvases are bubble-wrapped and secured in double-walled corrugated boxes.

 

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Damages: If your artwork arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods. Contact us at info.ravenhavenco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue immediately. 

 

Sustainability: Sustainability is very important to us. We use eco-friendly packaging or recycled mailers to reduce our environmental impact. And we are actively looking at ways to make our process as sustainable as possible. Please feel free to reach out to info@ravenhavenco.com with any suggestions/ideas.

 

Customs Fees: The customer is responsible for any VAT or Customs fees.
