Products and Pricing/Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our art as accurately as possible. However, please note that screen settings vary, and the physical product may differ slightly from the digital image. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

 

Shipping and Delivery Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days. Custom commissions are non-refundable. If a commissioned piece does not meet expectations, I am ALWAYS willing to adjust it so that you get a piece meets your standards and expectations. I am always open to communication if something does not meet expectations. Unless the item arrived damaged, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Limitation of Liability: Raven Haven Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
