Self Portrait

This piece was a school project, and proved to be on of the most educational and challenging pieces of mine. This was all about proportion, realism, and anatomy. Staring at your own face for hours and then turning it into a giant drawing is certainly an experience hahaha. As intimidating as it was, I have a newfound love for creating charcoal portraits and I am excited to explore this type of work even more. This piece is 16" x 22"
